The included 2.4L turbocharged SUBARU BOXER® four-cylinder engine is standard with a fully synchronized six-speed manual transmission to place gear shifts directly in your hands. If you choose the WRX GT trim, this six-speed manual transmission is traded for a Subaru performance transmission with eight-speed manual mode, paddle shifters, and an auto vehicle hold function. All WRX models are equipped with summer high-performance tires designed for top-level handling.
